Scheduling Your Free Consultation
Call for a FREE consultation and explanation of this exciting technology !
The consultation is a planned half-hour planned just for you, spent with Dr. Hancock and a laser specialist that will gather personal health information, take note of your concerns and plan your treatment program. If WE agree that you are a good candidate for good laser results, the treatment can usually be performed that day. Your questions will be answered, pricing and payment options will be explained.

Gift certificates are available.

All appointments are scheduled by calling:
541- 474-2721
No referrals are needed for an initial low-cost consultation, and during the initial meeting Dr. Hancock will advise you of exactly what we can offer.
When you schedule an appointment for vein treatment at our office, approximately 45 minutes of time is set aside for you.
Failure to keep that appointment without calling ahead to cancel or reschedule not only detracts from our day's schedule, but it also prevents other patients wishing appointments from being seen on that day.

What to expect at your first visit:

First, you will need to be seen by Dr. Hancock. In the course of the office visit, you will fill out a complete history form. You will be asked to list all the medications and all the medical problems you have. Dr. Hancock will examine you. Depending on what the problem is, he may examine your legs with a light and/or with the ultrasound machine. Once the examination is completed, with your knowledge and understanding, a treatment plan will be established. We will then get the necessary insurance determinations. Once the paper work is completed, you will pick a date and time and the treatment process will begin.

Insurance:
Most insurance companies will pay for the treatment of varicose veins if it is medically necessary. They will not pay for any cosmetic procedures. Therefore, it is very important that you accurately relay the symptoms that your veins are causing you. We will always try to get an insurance pre-determination letter to protect you from an unexpected denial.
